Expancio is the first retail and franchise SaaS platform for businesses to build eCommerce applications and sales channels to engage local and online shoppers to boost sales.

By providing three unique products: an all-in-one e-commerce app builder (patented); embedded digital outbound sales channels; in-store online-to-offline sales channel integration and franchise support; Expancio solves three key pain points, which were mainly reflected after retailers moved their operations online during COVID-19: lack of customer engagement; lack of sales channels for local consumers; lack of online-to-offline sales operations integration and franchise support.

Expancio’s business model is recurring subscription plus GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) transaction fee.

Since our launch, Expancio has helped hundreds of retailers move their business online, expand customer base, sales and repurchase rate.

Objectives

Investors: we expect to raise seed fundings to enter the US market. If helpful resources can be brought to our platform, that will be a huge asset.

Customers: we expect to server more new customers especially franchise businesses in the area of: fast food; groceries; apparel & accessories; electronics; beauty & SPA; restaurants, etc.

Strategic partners: we'd like to build partnership with: payment gateway companies; POS supplier; marketing & web design companies; domain hosting companies, etc.
