DealPrep creates case study-based, online negotiation simulations for academia, entrepreneurial and professional development. From the first decision of founding a company to the day a company is sold, we understand that business is a series of deals. Our software facilitates the deal process, guiding the user from their initial review of documentation, to drafting and auditing, negotiation and closing of the sale. Our software utilizes machine learning to parse and “demystify” legal language, pulling apart documents clause-by-clause and offering end users “expanded” legal knowledge laid out for them in layman’s terms. We have developed a curriculum to assist business and law training and support our trainees with complex and scenario-based topics, all while avoiding the traditional and less effective seminar-style of training.
