Pontosense’s in-cabin sensing solution performs numerous functions. The sensor can detect and locate the presence of passengers in all three rows. Furthermore, it measures the driver’s vital signs to monitor for health emergencies. It also monitors for intrusion for security purposes. Lastly it can classify and understand if the passenger is adult or child for optimized airbag deployment.
