UTComp is dedicated to serving all your FRP and composites equipment needs – from composites engineering through to material selection, design, fabrication, installation supervision and ongoing inspection with our patented UltraAnalytix® NDT system.
UltraAnalytix® is a patented non-destructive (NDT) and non-intrusive method for in-service inspection of industrial equipment made of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) and other composite materials. This system combines ultrasonic data collected in the field, external visual inspection and analysis using a proprietary algorithm, to provide current condition of structure, corrosion barrier and remaining service life prediction.
Our customers include some of the largest mineral processing, chemical processing, oil and gas companies globally. We work with FRP composite manufacturers to ensure excellent QA/QC. Services include: Specifications, design, Materials selection, QA/QC. etc.
