Product/Service Information
Maratek offers three solutions in the battery production/NMP space.
- Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Recovery – it has a variety of solutions for recovery of VOCs from a production or recycling process. Maratek’s equipment allows its customers to minimize or eliminate their VOC emissions while recycling costly solvents.
- Fractional Distillation for high purity solvent recovery and/or water removal. Solutions are available for mixtures of solvent or simply for drying solvents.
- Single and Multistage distillation for solvent recovery.

Maratek’s equipment is designed to be highly durable and automated to reduce downtime. It also has a team of technical staff that can assist you remotely or be on-site rapidly to support any issues. Its equipment combines the technologies related to solvent recovery, energy recovery/heat exchangers, solvent collection, and solvent purification all in 1 closed loop system. The company can also integrate heat pump technology for additional savings.
