The Ontario Government - in partnership with Canadian provinces and territories - is proud to host the True North Free Trade Forum 2023, bringing together Canadian companies to exchange ideas and meet potential business partners and suppliers to increase trade and strengthen domestic supply chains.
The 2023 Forum will focus on creating connections for companies in the Food and Beverage, Clean Tech and Information Technology sectors.
This year, the Business Forum will be held virtually from June 14-16 and will feature a prominent keynote speaker and plenary session about the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), interprovincial and territorial export opportunities and supports available for small and medium sized Canadian enterprises.
New this year will be an in-person session featuring Ministers responsible for Internal Trade from across Canada titled Reflections on the Impact of the CFTA. The discussion will be held in Toronto in the afternoon of June 13 and will provide an opportunity to talk about how the Canadian Free Trade Agreement has made interprovincial trade, investment, and labour mobility easier since coming into force in July 2017, and to consider future priorities for internal trade.
