Trinity Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of aircraft parts and assemblies, from simple brackets to complex structural components/assemblies. It specializes in sheet metal fabrication (including hydro forming) and CNC precision machining. To maintain its competitiveness in the world market, it continuously integrates vertically. In-house services include heat-treating aluminum, electrical bonding and sealants (fuel tank, pressure and environmental, high temp).
Trinity is AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 certified and registered with the Controlled Goods Directorate program. Besides build-to-print, it also provides design/build solutions for prototype and certification. As a Transport Canada Approved Manufacturing Organization, it can certify parts with a Form One.
