Profile

Spiderwort is a platform biomaterials company developing a suite of cellulose-based scaffolds for use in a number of regenerative medicine applications. CelluBridgeTM, its solution for spinal cord injury repair, has been granted a breakthrough designation by the FDA after promising preclinical results where it supported regenerating axons leading to locomotor recovery. CelluJuveTM is being developed as an extended-duration dermal filler for aesthetic soft tissue augmentation. In addition, Spiderwort is codeveloping applications in peripheral nerve and orthopedics.
