The ACE Core Research Facility and Climatic Aerodynamic Wind Tunnel has been providing world leading testing for zero emissions technology development for years. ACE’s engineers and technicians have conducted thousands of tests on electric and hybrid vehicles including battery management system performance in “edge-case” climate conditions. Thermal management testing in an aerodynamic wind tunnel provides their customers with a unique and robust testing capability.
- Up to 350kW in-chamber DC fast-charge capability.
- Up to 19.2kW of AC power capability.
- Test in rain/snow/ice/solar/fog.
- Test in cold or hot temperatures (-40C to +60C).
