Huys Industries was founded in 1981 and is a world leader in metal additive manufacturing. Huys has a range of patents on electro-spark deposition (ESD) equipment and resistance welding consumables for the aerospace, automotive and electronics industries. ESD is used for joining, coating, and repairing parts for improved material characteristics such as higher strength and reduced wear/corrosion, and creates little or no heat affected zone (HAZ). Huys Industries offers innovative resistance welding products including their coated electrodes (TiCaps).
