Sheba Microsystems is a manufacturer of Silicon-based micro actuators used to move the image sensor die along the optical axis within a camera to achieve autofocus and other functions such as active compensation of thermal effects to ensure the camera is consistently in focus. Sheba Microsystems is seeking partnerships with camera manufacturers in various sectors including automotive, action cameras, commercial drones, surveillance cameras, and AR/VR camera makers interested in using the Sheba micro actuator technology to achieve autofocus and/or ensure their cameras are consistently in focus despite environmental and aging conditions. The use of Sheba micro actuator technology also enables the camera makers to use higher resolution image sensors. It is also seeking partnerships with image sensor and camera optics suppliers.
