ETBO Tool & Die is a Canadian, vertically integrated manufacturer of stamping dies, subassembly cells, and automotive parts. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified (IATF 16949 pending) and T-MEC (CUSMA) compliant. ETBO specializes in stamping aluminum, HSLA steel, copper, and brass in thicknesses from 75 microns to 5mm thick, with capacities up to 2200 tons and total volumes up to 100,000,000 parts per year. Product lines feature components for gaskets, electrical contacts, power distribution grids, ECU covers, thermal coolers, BEV cold plates, heat shields, and vehicle frames; manufactured to cleanliness specifications if required. The company is vertically integrated with abilities to design and manufacture tooling, sub-assembly cells, and inspection equipment. ETBO provides internal rapid prototyping for product development. Recent successful launches include components for Ford (Bronco, F-150, Ranger, Maverick), GM (Ultium, Duramax, T1XX), Toyota (RAV4, Lexus), Stellantis (Jeep, Wagoneer), X-Alt, Honda, Rivian, and Nissan.
