Pure-play III-V compound semiconductor photonics foundry
The Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre (CFPC) is a pure-play III-V compound semiconductor foundry. It provides end-to-end foundry services for andInP GaAs semiconductor devices, including epitaxial growth, stepper and e-beam lithography, and wafer processing services. The CFPC additionally provide GaN template processing services for high-performance micro-LEDs. For over 20 years, the CFPC has helped its clients deliver high-yield, high-performance, highly-differentiated photonic devices to market.
