Product: Maxxian’s CounterStryx is software located on customer premises to ensure security and confidentiality of data. By auditing and comparing data from billing CRM systems to the network, provisioning, security and switch components, it identifies unauthorized and misconfigured devices, circuit, number and device allocation errors, and fraud. The system provides daily audit-grade reporting, corrective action lists and results analysis. Information is provided at the device, customer account and system levels.
