Bough Bio is a pre-clinical stage company focused on decoding the molecular biology of senescent cells to unlock new medicine for age-related disease. Its small molecule therapeutic is designed to target senescent microglial cells in the brain, along with a companion diagnostic, for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disease. Its expanding its platform to mitigate peripheral immune senescence. It aims to bring preventative measures to the clinic to stem the tide of age-related disease.
