Founded in Toronto, Canada in December 2021, Magnestar is tackling the signal interference problem for the space sector through creating a Clearing House Exchange Platform. Magnestar’s expertise in artificial intelligence, event-based processing engines, and computational astrophysics, enables the company to predict interference events, prescribe mitigation tactics and maintain space-to-Earth connectivity in contested and congested environments. Magnestar won the Startupfest 2022 Best of Fest award, the SATELLITE 2023 Startup Award and recently graduated from the Creative Destruction Lab 2023 Space Stream Cohort. Magnestar is currently onboarding satellite operators into the ecosystem and growing the Toronto-based team.

Jacqueline Good is the Founder and CEO of Magnestar Inc. Jacqueline holds degrees and diplomas from Western University, Shanghai University, the University of Toronto, and the International Space University. Within her career, she has built data architecture solutions for over four dozen organizations across North America, contributed to the development of six software applications, sold over $10M in data infrastructure enterprise software, and founded Magnestar Inc.

Through Magnestar’s 24/7 Clearing House Exchange software platform, satellite operators, military personnel and regulators are able to coordinate spectrum, predict signal interference and maintain satellite connectivity in contested and congested environments. Since founding the company in December 2021, Jacqueline has grown the team to ten people, won Startupfest 2022, the SATELLITE 2023 Startup Award, and graduated from the Creative Destruction Lab 2023 Space Stream.

Jacqueline grew up playing women’s AA hockey in Quebec, currently sits on an executive committee at the Royal Ontario Museum, and loves building amazing space technology.
