GRTHealth provides modular remote monitoring solutions to maximize the ability of seniors to live safely and cost effectively, in a community setting, as compared to traditional approaches that rely on institutionalization and the need to employ high-cost and scarce health human resources. Through a scalable and hardware agnostic software platform (GRTInsight®), GRTHealth solutions integrate medical and non-medical monitoring devices to maximize the ability of ‘at-risk’ seniors to live independently in the community.
GRTHealth products and services focus on the centralized collection, interpretation and reporting of health, social and clinical information through its GRTInsight® platform. The platform utilizes a combination of artificial intelligence and manually set thresholds, to interpret reported results and warn of both immediate adverse events, as well as potentially catastrophic trajectories, on a pre-emptive basis. Utilizing its AVA™ technology, the solution also delivers an AI-enabled virtual companion to address social isolation, as well as to deliver scheduled and event-driven callouts, reducing the demands on traditional staffing models.
The GRTHealth solution spans personal alert and falls detection, locating and tracking, food security, in-home location and activity levels, health and clinical attributes, wellness callouts, virtual companionship, and many others. Together, GRTHealth solutions support the independent living of seniors at home.
