Spectra Plasmonics enables lab grade testing in the palm of a person's hand. Our launched product, Amplifi ID, is a portable system that collects an accurate test result on a sample in as little as 5 minutes. Amplifi ID is allowing frontline healthcare groups across Canada to prevent overdoses by rapidly testing for harmful contaminants like fentanyl in unregulated drugs. Our technology platform is adaptable to virtually any type of sample relevant to human health with applications in food safety, beverage quality assurance, infectious disease diagnostics, and bio-pharma process analysis.
Objectives
Our primary aim is get exposure to seed-stage investors for our next financing round (target raise of $4-$5M). Our secondary aim is to meet strategic partners, customers or potential pilot partners in industries where our technology has relevant applications (food and beverage safety/QA, biopharma production, water quality, veterinary & human health diagnostics).
